Coaching
Coaching, with the right person in the room
Jason coaches leaders and individuals. Stephanie coaches individuals through career and life transitions. Together they coach couples. Three offerings, deliberately kept apart, and all of them separate from therapy.
With Jason Caine
Executive and life coaching
Coaching with Jason, for leaders and for anyone wanting to move deliberately rather than drift.
Twenty years of pastoral leadership and two master's degrees, one in counseling and one in divinity, sit behind this work. Jason has led teams, carried institutions through hard seasons, and spent a long time in the particular kind of leadership where the people you serve are also the people you answer to.
Executive coaching is for leaders (pastors, directors, founders, anyone accountable for other people's work) who want to lead with clarity, resilience and purpose. Life coaching is the same posture applied to personal growth: where you are, where you want to be, and what is actually in the way.
Coaching is not therapy and does not pretend to be. It is forward-facing, practical, and built around what you are trying to do.

With Dr. Stephanie Caine
Life coaching
Coaching, not therapy. For direction, career and the shape of a season rather than clinical care.
Stephanie coaches individuals through career development, life transitions and the kind of burnout that arrives when you are still, technically, coping. Twenty years of clinical practice informs the work without turning it into treatment.
If what you are carrying would be better served by therapy, she will say so, and if you are in Georgia or California, that is a conversation you can have with her directly. Coaching and therapy requests go through separate forms so the two never blur.

With Stephanie and Jason
Couples coaching
Coaching for your relationship, with Stephanie and Jason together.
Couples coaching is delivered by both of them, in the same room. Two perspectives, and a pair who have done the work of staying married, sixteen years and twins, while doing this work for other people.
The focus is communication and conflict resolution: the practical mechanics of how you talk to each other when it is hard, and what to do with the disagreement you keep having.
Formats
Single sessions
One conversation at a time, as often or as rarely as you need.
Intensive
A concentrated block of work, useful when you want to move on something rather than circle it.
How this differs from therapy
Couples coaching is not couples therapy. It is not clinical treatment, it is not covered by insurance, and it does not carry the same regulatory protections as licensed therapy.
If what you are facing is better served by clinical care (active crisis, abuse, untreated mental illness, or anything you would call an emergency), say so and we will help you find the right kind of help instead.
