Dr. Stephanie Caine

Dr. Stephanie Caine, LPC, LPCC, is a licensed counselor, life coach, trainer, and speaker with over 20 years of experience in clinical practice, academic leadership, and program development. She holds a Ph.D. in Counseling and Student Personnel Services from the University of Georgia and is licensed as a Professional Counselor in Georgia and a Professional Clinical Counselor in California.

With over 20 years of experience in academic leadership, program development, and community engagement, Stephanie's work centers on integrating faith, psychology, and evidence-based therapeutic practice. She is passionate about mentoring the next generation of counselors and pioneering innovative counseling initiatives.

In her private practice, Renew Counseling & Consulting, Stephanie works with adults, couples, and teens, with a specialty in trauma using Brainspotting and other integrative, evidence-based approaches. She also supports clients through anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, career development, and the perimenopause and menopause transition, with particular attention to high-functioning professionals and ministry leaders navigating burnout and emotional fatigue. She offers faith-integrated, Christian-based care for clients who want it.

Beyond the therapy room and the classroom, Stephanie is a sought-after speaker and trainer, including appearances at Thrive Women's Conference, Project Church Sisterhood Conference, and Bayside Church Marriage Conferences, and a podcast contributor to Bayside Church's The Flipside and Better Days. She sits on the boards of Better Days Family Ministry and Bayside Counseling Center. Alongside her husband, Jason, she is also one half of The Caines, a speaking team known for their work in marriage enrichment, communication, and conflict resolution.
